Delivery Options

• We want the delivery process to be as smooth as possible so that you receive your gorgeous products fast and secure.
• You can be in control of which delivery option suits you as we have partnered with a range of reliable delivery experts and their local affiliates.
• Fees depend on your location (i.e. distance from Prague), how quickly you want it, weight of your package and whether you are collecting the package from a collection point or whether it will be delivered to your address. 
• The table below gives you a quick guide on the estimated delivery fees 'starting from' range. Please note that this is a guide only and prices are subject to change based on your actual order & selected delivery requirements. The actual delivery cost will appear at checkout.
• Please read our Shipping Policy for more details including any exclusions or items which cannot be shipped.  

 

Delivery Fees Start From

A. Czech Republic

Fees in Czech Koruna (Kc) and include DPH.

^ Pay on Delivery fees are only applicable if you select the option to pay for your order on delivery using either cash or cards. Fees are calculated according to the total price of your order. As an example, for an order of 20,000Kc the Pay on Delivery fee will be approximately 73Kc. 

(iii) Free Kerbside Pickup

Collection from  outside our showroom in Prague is free. Please contact us in advance to arrange a collection date & time. 

(iv) Free delivery on orders over 1500Kc

Delivery is free on all orders over 1500Kc. Available in Prague only and does not include same day delivery. Subject to our Shipping Policy.

B. Europe

Fees in Euro and include VAT.

Deliveries in Europe are made by Zasilkovna and their local affiliates and partners. 

#Countries in each delivery Zone are: Zone A (Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Romania); Zone B (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Germany, Latvia, Slovenia, Ukraine); Zone C (Belgium, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain); Zone D (Denmark, Ireland, Sweden); Zone E (Lichtenstein, Switzerland); Zone F (Luxembourg, Finland)

^^Not all countries in a delivery Zone allow Pay on Delivery as an option. 

**Days to Deliver depends on the country in a Zone, the actual delivery address and the option selected for delivery at checkout.
